1. Introduction

Welcome to KABSNT. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (kabsnt.com) and the services we provide, including fragrance manufacturing, private label production, brand launch consulting, and related services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of our website, placing an order, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

3. Services Description

KABSNT provides a range of fragrance and cosmetics manufacturing services including but not limited to: custom fragrance formulation, counter-type development, aroma chemicals supply, raw materials sourcing, packaging and private label solutions, cosmetics and personal care manufacturing, brand launch consulting, and fragrance consultation services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Moyasar. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and mada. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production begins. Custom formulations and private label orders may require minimum order quantities as specified during the quotation process.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic shipping within Saudi Arabia is handled through our logistics partner, OTO Shipping. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity, production schedules, and shipping destination. KABSNT is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs procedures, or force majeure events. International shipping is available to select regions and subject to additional terms.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged goods. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photographs, description of defect). Custom formulations, private label products, and bespoke orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of KABSNT and is protected by Saudi Arabian and international intellectual property laws. Custom formulations developed by KABSNT remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of their brand assets, trademarks, and proprietary formulations provided to us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KABSNT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

11. Changes to Terms

KABSNT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
